Since the creation of theMarvel Cinematic Universethe world has been obsessed with superheroes in cinema.

This had led to many adaptations and variations of comic-book characters, as well as some newer interpretations.

The strength and power of these heroes is of a varying level.

This was a darker, and more powerful Caped Crusader - the already gritty character.

His superior intelligence and preparation allowed him to crush Superman and have him practically begging for his life.

Batman is, however, lower on this list due to his reliance on gadgets and technology.

Matt Garetty (Chronicle)

Chroniclewas a breakthrough project from Josh Trank.

The rough footage gave the super-hero origin story a refreshingly authentic feel.

Dane DeHaan offers a stand out performance as the film’s villain.

The reason Garetty finds himself on this list is due to the range of powers that he possesses.

From telekinesis to flight, Garety has them all.

As a result he is sent toSky High.Unfortunately for Will, his powers haven’t developed yet.

Similarly to Garetty, if Will developed his powers then he certainly would be higher up this list.

However, he is still extremely inexperienced by the time the film ends and has much to learn.

The real demonstration of his strength comes as he stops the school from crashing into the city below.

Will then proceeds to lift the school back into the air and flies it into position.

Yet, until he is fully unleashed inThor: Ragnarok, fans don’t see his full strength.

By the time we see him on Sakaar, the Hulk is a different beast all together.

He can, and has, defeated a number of powerful opponents (including Doug).

He manages to go toe to toe with a hammerless Thor.

Hulk even takes on Fenris Wolf and comes out victorious.

He is only truly defeated by the mad Titan himself.

To see the power of the Hulk is quite impressive.

For raw strength and power alone Hulk deserves his place on this list.

The image of Captain America assembling all super beings in the MCU is powerful in itself.

His battle-hardened mind immediately gets to grip with how best to use the hammer.

As a result the mad Titan is only just able to defeat him.

SuperBob (SuperBob)

SuperBobis an independent British comedystarring Brett Goldstein as the titular hero.

SuperBob is essentially the Superman of his reality.

Perhaps a strange inclusion, however, SuperbBb’s powers are unrivaled and he is an extremely powerful individual.

His raw power is highlighted when his powers are gifted to Titan.

However, what makes Metro Man so powerful is his intelligence and grasp of his powers.

He is on a mission to destroy Thanos.

He survives the power of a star and wields Stormbreaker.

This is not the same Thor that was an arrogant war-monger.

Thor’s character arc sees him gain control over his abilities and mature as a warrior.

Whilst she may not be everyone’s favorite superhero, she certainly can handle herself against the strongest villains.

Captain Marvel is the only character we see Thanos be truly terrified of.

Her true power is demonstrated when she singlehandedly destroys The Sanctuary II (Thanos' warship).

Audiences had already seen him defeat the Justice League with relative ease, and malice.
