Now that Tammy has lost weight, she has much of her mobility back.
Her secret storyline could be a sign that she wants out of doing the show.
When the beloved unscripted show premiered in 2020, Tammy weighed over 600 pounds.

She would go on to gain even more weight, weighing 725 at her heaviest.
After a health crisis scared her straight, Tammy had bariatric surgery and lost an incredible amount of weight.
These days,Tammy yearns for more distance between herself and her family.
A mysterious storyline for1000-lb Sistersseason 7could mean she’ll leave the series.
