When asked if this was all news to him, Brandon said Julia is confirming what he thought.
“She was over in Russia acting single.”
They’d fought, and she thought they were done.
When Julia remembered that Brandon’s parents are listening in, she looked nervous.
“You chose Brandon, so you gotta put it behind you.”
Ron and Betty both agreedthey should move forward and recommit to their relationship.
“This is one time when his parents are on my side.

As all this played out, Brandon sat there, shocked and looking on the verge of tears.
