Because of this, Blade could be powercrept almost immediately after his buff.
This is the only way to verify his buff doesnt occur in vain.
Its impossible not to compare Blades upcoming buff to more recent Wind DPS characters like Anaxa in Version 3.2.
If Saber is truly a Wind Destruction character, the comparisons will be inevitable.
