Not all of them hold legendary gear, but many of them do have significant upgrades to your kit.
It will make it easier for you to take on bigger foes as you come upon them.
It is located in the sub-region of Chasuriyama to the northwest.
It’s quite close to the end of the map, andyou should see a ?
in the region at the spot once you nail unlocked a nearby viewpoint.
I would suggest theYakami viewpoint in the fort to get to this one from.
That should give you the ?
on the map, and it’s a pretty easy gallop over to the Kofun.
You willnotneed any special weapons to complete this Kofun.
Of note, you will need the grappling hook,so you must use Naoe in this Kofun.
In the second room, you will jump across and then enter a darker passage.
You will have to go prone to get to the next room, but it is a straight shot.

From there,grapple directly across the room, to the shortest platform.
It looks like there might be other ways out of this one, but there isn’t.
Just follow the room andjump onto the rope going across the next room.
I received aRare Kanabo, the Immortal Kanabo of Wounding, when I opened it.
Re-enter the hallway and go to the end of it.
The tallest one you will have to climb up once you reach it.
From there, stand on a wooden platform and swing on the grapple to get to the other side.
If you have just randomly entered the Kofun, it won’t do anything.
There will be another gap in the wall to squeeze through.
From there,simply climb up the wall on the far side of the room.
Then you will be officially done with the Chasuriyama Kofun inAssassin’s Creed Shadows.
