That’s not to say thatGhost of Tsushima’sstealth was bad.
In fact,Ghost’sstealth beatValhalla’sin much the same way thatShadows’now surpasses it.
The inverse is true ofAssassin’s Creed Shadows, which has compelling yet passable combat but excellent stealth.
It also helps thatAssassin’s Creed Shadows' varied open world helps to make stealth a more compelling option.
It’s a more diverse and interesting stealth sandbox as a result.
This isn’t the only way she bests Jin as a stealth-focused character, asNaoe’s stealth buildis multifaceted.
Naoe has more skill trees dedicated to stealth and therefore a greater number of ways to enhance it.
Simply put,Naoe has more to offer in a stealth sandbox than Jin ever did.
Sucker Punch Productions didn’t have that luxury.
There is also an opportunity for theupcomingGhost of Yoteito improve uponTsushima’sweaknesses, namely its stealth.
So,there’s a very good chance thatShadowscould be outmatched byYoteiin just a few months.
Other games should learn from it.
