Peters managed to complete six of the seven demanded sacrifices before the team located him.

After they died, he would remove their faces to wear as masks.
His capture led to the capture of Cochran.
Floyd Feylinn forced his hostages to eat the fingers of his previous murder victims.
Larger chunks of their bodies were stored away to meet his own cannibalistic needs.

Her intent was to cure her of the same imagined skin disease, not to kill.
