Joe isn’t a perfect character and, ironically, that makes him the perfect person to joinBoston Blue.
While it is not entirely impossible for Hochman to appear both inThe Boysand inBoston Blue, it is unlikely.

Can Joe Still Appear In Danny’s Blue Bloods Spinoff?
Joe can still appear in minor cameos or by being referenced by the otherBlue Bloodscharacters.
However, Joe will likely remain a small character inBoston Blue -if he even appears at all.
