These have had an unprecedented cultural impact, ensuringStar Warsremains a vital part of popular culture.

But how do all these diifferentStar WarsTV shows compare, ranked from worst to best?

Then, in 1984, viewers tuned in to watch a family-friendly feature-length adventure starring the Ewoks.

The film sired an animated TV shows by Nelvana, the animation house behind theCare Bears.

The quality of character designs and animation visibly declines asEwokscontinues, although season 2 feels better-written than the first.

Unfortunately, that still doesn’t stop it feeling rather dated.

In the end, this particular transmedia experiment unfortunately failed.

The Book of Boba Fet also directly led into The Mandalorian season 3, which premiered in March 2023.

There are character moments for Din Djarin and Grogu that really should be in their own shows.

All in all, there does feel like potential, butThe Book of Boba Fettfails to realize it.

Still, in general, the animation is tremendous.

Tales of the Empireappears relatively low on this list because, sadly,it doesn’t quite feel complete.

Ultimately, the ideas are strong, but this just doesn’t quite hold together as a self-contained show.

Structurally, two flashback episodes damage the sense of momentum, and also cost some of the moral ambiguity.

Star Wars Ewoks TV Series

After pulling himself out of the Sarlaac pit, Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) is kidnapped by the Tusken Raiders. But after gaining their trust, Boba is able to return to Tatooine and claim Jabba the Hutt’s throne with the help of Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen). The Book of Boba Fet also directly led into The Mandalorian season 3, which premiered in March 2023.

Sadly, it now looks as thoughObi-Wan Kenobiseason 2 is unlikely to happen.

Still, they’re tremendously effective and beautifully animated, with sharp and concise storytelling.

Over the course ofThe Bad Batch’s three seasons, the characters become the heart of the show.
