In celebration of Money in the Bank weekend, NXT typically runs theirNXT HeatwavePLE as well.
Much likeNXT Spring Breakin',NXT Great American Bashwas also a two-week consecutive PLE.
It also aired on Tuesday, August 6th to wrap up NXT’s big summer PLE.
It took place on Sunday, September 1st at the Ball Arena.
This will likely be an additional opportunity to have the NXT superstars hit the road to a new location.
Considering they’d likely keep it on a Sunday, it could take place on Sunday, September 7th.
Last year, the NXT crew traveled to Hershey, Pennsylvania for the show.
For obvious reasons, WWE tries to have this show as close to Halloween as possible.
Last year, it took place Sunday, October 27th at the Giant Center.
