This season brings a fun heist theme to the battle royale, which obviously comes with vaults to open.
One of the vaults is secretly hidden in Shiny Shafts and can be a real pain to open.
Shiny Shafts is a large mining area filled with both rewards and hazards.
Youll see the way to start this puzzle near a pipe wheel.
You should also know the way inside before you get going because this is a timed unlock.
The timer is incredibly fast, and it’s fast for everyone (eventhose withFortniteCrew subscriptions).
Turn around as quickly as you’re able to and jump on the nearby grind rail.
ensure you interact with it before or right when you land to begin a grind.
Also, check that youre facing the right way, or youll run out of time correcting the turn.
If you end up messing the jumps,you might as well try from the beginning.
The grind rails are the easiest way to run out of time because of the mine carts.
To jump over them, make a run at jump a second before you think you oughta.
It worked for me when I tried it.
After clearing all three minecarts, turn the valve at the end of the grind rail.
Sprint straight toward the nearby staircase and to the pipe wheel.
Once youre at the third pressure valve, turn it to initiate the door directly on your left.
If you do this right, the vault doors will open slowly.
If you are too late, theyll open slightly and then close.
