However, these new emotions are noticeably absent inInside Out.
We hoped for an extraordinary explanation to illustrate how these emotions arrive during puberty and mysteriously disappear by adulthood.
However, the curtain metaphor doesn’t match these expectations.

This reasoning completely disregards how emotions function inInside Out.
When Riley runs away, Anxiety does not appear in Riley’s parents' minds.
She also does not appear when Riley acts up, and her parents cannot figure out why.
Every time Riley endures a life-changing experience as an infant, a new emotion appears.
However,there is no indication that the new emotions arrive similarly.
In fact, Nostalgia’s introduction complicates the situation.

In reality,Inside Out 2needed a better, more plausible explanation for emotions disappearing and reappearing.
Regardless, this sequel is necessary to fix the problems withInside Out 2.
Pixar could create an animated short as a sequel to wrap up the plot holes ofInside Out 2.
Inside Out 2 is the sequel to the 2015 original film, which starred a young girl named Riley with a head full of emotions. - literally. With Amy Pohler as Joy, Bill Hader as fear, Mindy Kaling as Disgust, Phyllis Smith as Sadness, and Lewis Black as Anger, the all-star cast brought to life the emotions that adolescents face as they grow, change, and adapt to new situations. This sequel, currently in development, will bring Amy Pohler back as Joy, with Riley, now a teenager.
Pixar could also scrapInside Out 3and create a television show focusing on Riley’s day-to-day life.
