The first leaked set is called Warrior Goddess of Daythunder.
Its two-piece effect grants a 6% SPD buff.
The second leaked Relic set from Version 3.3 is called Captain Over Cursed Waves.
Its two-piece bonus allegedly boosts CRIT DMG by 16%.
Based on his profile,Phainons role inHonkai: Star Railis that of a DPS.
This comes on top of any other bonuses that the characters Skill may also provide, for example.
If this doesnt happen, players may end up sacrificing a 16% ATK buff.
Additionally, not allsustain characters inHonkai: Star Railwill have synergy with this Relic set.
Players may be forced to use Sparkle to ensure that the team has enough resources with which to work.
One of the possible choices is Cipher.

Even some older hypercarry DPS characters could benefit from this set.
Captain Over Cursed Waves may not be their BiS, but it could work with them.
