However, he was able to quickly hire Bosun Nate Salmon and Deckhand Nicolas Cattelan.
I’m all about the drama, but onBelow Deck Down Underseason 3, it’s been nearly constant.
But who was worse– Johnny or Wihan?

Reality TV is more popular than ever.
Unfortunately, the sight of her in bed with Wihan sent Johnny into a jealous spiral.
Captain Jason, while acknowledging Johnnys strong work ethic, made the difficult decision to fire him.
I agree with him that aggressive behavior can never be tolerated.
Wihan was definitely no angel aboard the Katina.
From botched leadership to multiple boundary-crossing flirtations, Wihan’s stint as Bosun was doomed from the start.
Though he initially appeared competent, Wihan’s approach to leadership made him a liability.
Captain Jason was right to exert his power as the Katina’s leader and fire Wihan.
His presence was the root of multiple problems onboard.
Remember the jetski incident?
It capsized with a guest who couldnt swim.
But it wasnt just his professional missteps that sealed his fate.
Wihan was also way more concerned with hooking up than managing his deck crew.
Captain Jason was right when he referred to Wihan’s presence as an “infection.”
Which Reality Star Is The Bigger Villain?
Wihan Was Worse Than Johnny
Johnny punched a wall in a moment of drunken rage.
That’s a red flag that shouldn’t be tolerated aboard a yacht or anywhere else.
However,Wihan is, without a doubt, way worse than Johnny.
Johnny was willing to immediately reflect on his actions and acknowledge his wrongdoings.
He didn’t have a go at argue with Captain Jason or make excuses.
What I saw was a man who thoroughly regretted his actions and took accountability.
I’m sad to see him go.
Captain Jason made the right choice by firing both Johnny and Wihan, but their transgressions were not equal.
