Instead of the actual head of the Table, Marquis de Grammont served asChapter 4s main villain.
It also made the head of the Tables return inJohn Wick 5much easier.
Should that be the case,John Wick 4s Elder recast gets another layer and becomes even more interesting.
From that perspective,John Wick 4s endingwas perfect, and it gave John Wicks story a much-needed conclusion.
