Even whenDC doesn’t know what to dowith him, Lobo remains one of their most entertaining characters.

Their bombastic personalities are why I’m such a fan of them both.

That in mind, one thing needs to be said:Lobo is just the original version of Deadpool.

before you roll ripping me to shreds, I’d like you to hear me out first.

Let’s start by taking a look at their respective powers.

Both men are expert marksmen and have an accelerated healing factor.

However, this is where Lobo first has an edge.

Lobo’s healing factor is the best the DC roster has to offer.

We haven’t seen anyone be able to beat Lobo’s healing factor, at least it’s rare.

His super strength is enough to rival Superman’s, making him a major DC powerhouse.

Meanwhile, Deadpool routinely finds himself mangled, severed, decapitated, and on the brink of death.

More importantly, Lobo is a lot more sinister than Deadpool is.

This begs the question of why his counterpart, Lobo, doesn’t have a more prominent role.
