It was like a campy kind of horror comedy.
Much more tailored to like a young Gen-Z audience and I had so much fun with that.
Saremis next project was the 2024 Tubi mystery thrillerChapel,in which she co-starred with Jeremy Sumpter.
Formerly a journalist,Leila was traumatized years ago while she was investigating the blackmailer Victor Sams.
After a clandestine meeting with one of Samss blackmail victims, Leilas car was taken over remotely and crashed.
Since then, she has been extremely paranoid that someone is watching her.
I think we all got along just great.
We were all just, honestly, it felt like a group of friends getting together to shoot something.
We all hit it off really quickly.
Theres just something about being away from home all together and you just connect really quickly.
Whenever we werent filming, the rest of us were just sort of hanging out.
It was such a fun time.
It was great and we are all still close and keep in touch.
Sadly, season 2 will not be happening sinceDeathand Other Detailswas canceled by Hulu.
