When she made her television debut,Amanda weighed over 300 pounds.
She’d already had bariatric surgery once in 2017.
Amanda had incredible results but went on to gain the weight back.

During1000-lb Sistersseason 5, Amandaannounced she’d be having revision surgery.
After having the second surgery, Amanda suffered a serious setback, and she didn’t lose much weight.
Her health became an issue in other ways, including with her most recent trip to the emergency room.
Since the incident, Amanda has been waiting for answers and praying for better health.
The clip is filmed in a hospital room, and Amandaexplains she is in the hospitalfor three days.
The1000-lb Sistersseason 6 star was recovering from a respiratory illness when, one night, she blacked out suddenly.
It must have been a terrifying experience.
The video was filmed at the hospital with Amanda attached to several medical monitors.
She seemed genuinely shaken by the incident.
Reality TV is more popular than ever.
“I am finally home after a three-stay I the hospital,” wrote the1000-lb Sistersstar.
“For now we wait for a diagnosis and treatment plan.”
Amanda is unlikely to make that mistake ever again.
“Just a few more days of wearing this monitor but I am feeling more like myself everyday!”
Amanda’s been in hospitals a lot lately.
In addition to her two bariatric surgeries, she also had knee surgery during1000-lb Sistersseason 6.
She spent most of the season laid up on her back in recovery.
This was in stark contrast to the incredible results she experienced after her first surgery.
In January,Amandaposted Instagram photos before and after that 2017 surgery.
Clearly, her doctors didn’t have answers yet, so they needed more information.
The only thing scarier than being sick must be not knowing why.
Amanda has finally learned that health matters more than anything.
“Praying for an episode-free day and sending love to everyone whos been supporting me.”
It’s unclear what kind of episode Amanda was referring to.
