you might pick three new companions and get completely unique reactions and interactions for a whole playthrough.
Of course, if you don’t kill Cazador, you and Astarion are going to have other problems.
If you want to increase replayability, don’t completeall the optional and hidden side quests.
This way, you have new things to look forward to in a new playthrough.
There’s something to be said as well for swapping your party strategically depending on the encounter.
