Its hard to picture Dr. Amy Farrah Fowler with anyone other than Sheldon.
By the 12th season, we find Amy married to Sheldon and winning a Nobel.
But what if she and Sheldon never rekindled after their breakup?
What if she moved on from Sheldon in search of someone warm and understanding of her needs?
Raj cooks, cleans, and is a serious romantic.
He’s also incredibly brilliant so these two would always have things to talk about.
Dave Gibbs
Was Dave Gibbs the one that got away?
There was only one problem: he was obsessed with her ex-boyfriend.
He was tall and British and seemed to have a great interest in Amy.
It’s also safe to say that Bernadette and Penny would get along with him.
Heck, he was even a fan of Leonard’s!
It was obvious he was jealous.
However, what if Amy said yes to Barry’s date?
What if the two went to dinner and a movie and his odd charm worked on Amy?
She turned him down because she was dating Sheldon at the time but imagine if she said yes.
What would have happened if she went to the rock show with Bert and hit it off with him?
He’s warm and protective and a little goofy.
And he obviously showed more interest in her than Sheldon did at times.
These two could have been sweet.
Penny
Surprise!
What if Amy and Penny had a briefrelationshipwhen they were both single?
Amy, on the other hand, has always been obsessed with Penny.
She’s constantly making remarks about her beauty and finds her amazing to hang out with.
But these two sharing a kiss or two doesn’t seem far-fetch from their friendship.
Dr. Alfred Hofstadter
We finally meet Leonard’s dad during Penny and Leonard’s second wedding.
He was smart, handsome, and very calm and collected.
He was so sure of himself and confident without putting others down.
We see this in his relationship with Sheldon’s mom.
Dr. Oliver Lorvis
We meet Dr. Lorvis in the eighth season through Penny.
Now that Penny was a pharmaceutical sales rep, she had the chance to meet doctors for work.
And one of those doctors was Dr. Lorvis.
He showed up at Penny’s doorstep with flowers after mistakenly thinking she was flirting with him.
Dr. Lorvis was heartbroken but met Amy in the apartment building where a mutual attraction was seen almost immediately.
Dr. Lorvis seemed to be ready to propose to Amy by the time they reached the guys' apartment!
