Ascend the stairs and hang a right at the top, following the path through a metal gate.
Go into this area and look directly to your right foran opening in the balustrade.
Afterward, go right up the stairs and grab the glowing Netherworld Energy at the end of the bridge.
From here, you’ll need to climb the scaffolding and defeat or run past all the spider enemies.
When you finally reach the top of the main path,you’ll see a fork in the beams.
Go left here and follow that path around to grab the Netherworld energy at the top of the beam.
Be sure to have some Plague Resistance Elixirs and Plague Cleanse Potions while exploring the Great Temple Underground Ruins.
