Adam Scott explains how he got injured filming theSeveranceseason 2 finale, “Cold Harbor.”
However, Scott admitted toGQthat he was hurt during theSeveranceseason 2 finale fight.
So,his head ended up hitting the wall and a doctor had to be called.
Despite the potentially dangerous outcome, the take was so good that it made it into the final cut.
I did hit my head on a wall at one point.
Afterwards, I was like, Wait, wait, wait, because I got slammed into the wall.
[We] called a doctor and all that stuff.
Olafur Darri Olafsson, who plays Drummond, is also of a much larger physical stature than Scott.

Still, his height and size difference may have made it more difficult for the actors.
Despite Scott getting hurt in the scene in real life,Mark ultimately wins theSeverancefinalefightagainst all odds.
After their initial skirmish, Mark convinces Drummond to go down to the testing floor with him.

This puts the protagonist in a compromising position, leading to an effectively intenseSeveranceseason 2 ending.
