According to some recent information,Assassin’s Creed Shadowsdidn’t originally include yellow paint.

Either way, it seems that yellow paint was a late-stage edition for a very specific reason.

The yellow paint’s presence in the final game implies that future playtests went more smoothly with its inclusion.
