With all that in mind, Disney has renewed the sequel series for another season.

A production timeline isn’t known, but sitcoms don’t take long to film.

Wizards Beyond Waverly Placeis currently the most-watched Disney Channel series premiere on Disney+.

Now that the show has been renewed, news regarding the sophomore outing is already starting to arrive.

Though all the details aren’t known yet,filming on season 2 began in April 2025.
